The Nest Project invites you to join them to connect, prioritize some much deserved time for YOU, learn some practices to enhance well-being and build resilience.


Make a commitment to boost your own well-being through the practice of journalling to express emotion, practive mindfulness, build resilience and increase well-being.  The only supplies needed are a journal, pen and markers.


Sessions will be interactive within an environment based on community, compassion and connection.
