Roadside Mowing Program
The County of Vermilion River mows some roadsides in the County to assist with weed control, to promote public safety by enhancing visibility and to reduce the potential for drifting snow in the winter.
The County also encourages landowners to harvest hay growing in ditches. If you wish to have your road left unmowed for haying, please contact the County Office by July 1st.
