Master Fire Plan
The development of this master plan for the Fire Protection Department will enable long term planning and knowledge of working relationships between partners in the plan. This plan will serve as a basis of the ongoing process of operational planning. This will ensure that strategic and operational priorities that have been identified in this plan can be addressed as effectively and efficiently as possible.
More detailed operational planning related to each of the objectives will be ongoing. The final goal is to establish a process that will carry our department strategically and fiscally into the future.
