Dead Animal Disposal
The preferred location for disposal of dead livestock is on the producers own land.
In the event of a major disease outbreak or natural disaster there is a tract of county-owned land that has been evaluated and approved by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (formerly the PFRA) and can be used for that purpose.
