Agendas & Minutes

We have started to use a new agenda management software system (effective May 24, 2018).  We anticipate that this new system will provide quick and easy accessibility to agendas and minutes and provides both html and pdf versions of meeting files. 

As we work through the next few weeks, we will be addressing frequently asked questions below.  If you have any questions on how to use the system, please contact our Executive Assistant via email  

For historical data (to 2010), please continue to use our existing program by clicking here.  This will take you to an external system. By the end of June, all of the past meetings will be fully transferred here to the new system.
